The first Como Forum was a great success. Held October 24-26, 2007 at the Villa Erba on beautiful Lake Como, the two-days of meetings and networking were filled with challenging discussion and frank interchanges.

Representatives from film, television, investment banking, advertising and the music industries convened to share ideas on content ownership and monetization.

What is the Como Forum?

The Como Forum is a unique, private gathering of 50 of the most senior and influential owners and distributors of media content from North America and Europe. The meeting is convened annually on a by-invitation basis, to tackle the most critical business issues facing this group.

Held at the beautiful Villa Erba on Lake Como, former home of Italian director Luchino Visconti, this year’s agenda will focus on the challenges of monetizing content assets in the face of the tectonic shifts in the media landscape.

Unlike a typical conference, the format of the Como Forum is a highly participative, and all those invited become involved in the discussions and debate.
